Each of our guard before deployment undergoes an exhaustive training programme ranging from 21-30 days wherein, they are physically groomed and mentally prepared to meet the daily rigorous job profile.

After the training programme id concluded, the guard has to undergo a written examination and after its successful evaluation by the Guard Recruitment Committee, the guard is awarded his/her training
certificate.

After obtaining the certificate the guard is declared fit for deployment, specific on-job training programmes are also imparted to the guard from time to time.
